By accessing or using Pubity Creators ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Pubity Group and is intended only for authorised staff and approved creator partners.
The App is provided to creators who have an active partnership with Pubity Group, so they can review their own channel performance and earnings, and to Pubity Group staff who manage those partnerships. You may not use the App to:
Access is granted by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are breached or if continued access is no longer required for your role.
The App integrates with Google (YouTube Data & YouTube Analytics APIs), Meta (Facebook Graph API), and Microsoft 365. Your use of those integrations is additionally governed by the respective providers' terms of service - including the YouTube Terms of Service for connected YouTube channels. Connecting your account authorises the App to retrieve the specific data described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time via the provider's account settings.
The App, its source code, designs, and content are the property of Pubity Group. Data you connect via third-party integrations remains yours - the App acts as a processor on your behalf.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pubity Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubity Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email to registered users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
