Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. Introduction

Pubity Creators ("the App"), available at pubitycreators.com, is operated by Pubity Group. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App, including data obtained through the Google / YouTube APIs, the Meta / Facebook Graph API, and Microsoft 365 APIs.

2. Information We Collect

When you voluntarily connect an account to the App, we may access the following information from the relevant provider:

Google / YouTube

  • Channel metadata - channel ID, title, thumbnail, subscriber count
  • Analytics data - daily views, estimated minutes watched, estimated revenue, and subscriber changes (via the YouTube Analytics API)
  • Public video metadata for channels you own or manage - title, publish date, thumbnail, and view / like / comment counts (via the YouTube Data API)

Meta / Facebook

  • Public profile - name, profile picture, user ID
  • Pages you manage - Page metadata, posts, insights / analytics
  • Business account data linked to your profile (for partnership reporting)

Microsoft 365 (optional - internal staff only)

  • Outlook messages sent to or received from creators in our pipeline
  • Calendar events related to creator meetings

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

  • Display channel and page performance metrics within internal dashboards
  • Calculate partner revenue share and financial reporting
  • Generate revenue projections and partnership performance reports
  • Track creator outreach and deal pipeline progress

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use YouTube API data for advertising, to train AI / ML models, or to sell or transfer it to third parties.

The App uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Pubity Creators' access to your YouTube data at any time from the Google security settings page. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately.

4. Data Storage & Security

YouTube channel metadata and analytics (daily views, watch time, estimated revenue, and subscriber changes) are stored in our secure database (hosted on Supabase) so we can show performance over time and calculate partner revenue share. OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to refresh the short-lived access tokens needed to call the YouTube APIs on your behalf. Data retrieved from the Facebook APIs is processed in real time for reporting and is not permanently stored. All data is encrypted in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain connected-account data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. When you disconnect a YouTube channel in the App (Settings → Connected channels), we revoke the app's access token with Google and delete the stored connection. You may also request deletion of any stored analytics history at any time (see Data Deletion below), and you can revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Third-Party Services

This application integrates with:

We do not transfer data to any other third-party services, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Revoke the App's access to your Google / YouTube data at any time - in the App (Settings → Connected channels → Disconnect) or via myaccount.google.com/permissions
  • Revoke the App's access to your Facebook data via your Facebook Settings
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Data Deletion

Disconnecting a YouTube channel in the App immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored connection. To request deletion of any remaining stored data (e.g. historical analytics), email us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days. You can also remove the app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions or your Facebook account settings.
